I ordered some products from jiomart and they were a duplicate, I had immediately lodged a complaint with them yet it’s been a month and still no resolution. Should I contact their nodal officer or file a consumer court complaint?

Hi guys, i ordered herbalife from jiomart and the product was clearly a duplicate (i have the original) I have been fighting with their customer support for over a month now, it’s an expensive product too (1200) and I just want to return it and have my money back but no resolution, can I take a legal step against them? Do i have a case? I’m really frustrated please help obviously i don’t want to get lawyers involved but should I file a consumer court complaint or contact their nodal officer?
