I purchased a Batch From Unacademy which was supposed to start on 15th Jan but one day before the Faculty left the institution and now nobody from their is adressing the issues.

So i had purchased this Economy batch for UPSC which was to start on 15th jan by vivek singh sir but one day before the commencement of the batch he left the institution and since then i have mailed them tried all their mediums of consumer redressal asked for a refund which they are refusing plus im not even provided the acess to the batch for which i paid. What should i do now as student as they have literally duped me now.
