I recently got scammed in Stock market by a SEBI registred Research analyst – Conciliation at SMART ODR

I raised my complaint in SMART ODR and in my understanding soon case will be lead to Conciliation stage. Iam a law graduate with not much experience. But iam in Aconfidence that I can represent my self. Any one experience in this matter Please give me advice to what all things to be taken care of in representing matter in conciliation
Is there any alternative ways or help will possible at this stage.
