I request,please help me..I need my salary!!

Actually I joined this company last month,from 4 to 5 days after joining I have been facing issues,aole reason being which I think is I didn’t bootlicked the manager like others,
But the point is,since I didn’t like this place I resigned on 2nd this month but this manager is saying me he will not consider salary for 1st of this month saying that I was on probation and was unproductive on that day..
Apart from this I was promised that first three days of previous month will be marked as present on attendance sheet,as identity card and some attendance portal’s access was not given to me,
One more thing,one day I had this mispunch issue with identity card,this was promised by hr that they will settle out,but this also is not reflected on system.

Please,i request,help me.
I don’t know what to do.
This is very important for me.
I am a bachelor,just started doing work,need to pay rent this month.!!please help
