March 3, 2025 at 4:18 amMy date of birth on my Aadhar card is 2008, and my date of birth on my 10th marksheet is also 2008. However, in my birth certificate, it is 2007. How can I correct that? Is it correct nowadays or not? I haven’t given my class 12th exam yet.If it is able to be corrected, how can I do that? What is the process?

March 3, 2025 at 4:32 amThrough court. Hire a lawyer in city where birth happened. There will be one hearing and judge will issue order which you need to submit to municipality and get new birth certificateoverall process takes 3-4 months and 20-30k

March 3, 2025 at 4:54 amYou must have submitted a fake birth certificate somewhere (2008) as your birth year. Otherwise it is impossible that there would be an error.-

March 3, 2025 at 4:57 amExactly. Because their 10th mark sheet is based on the details provided over the last 10 years and OPโs Aadhar card would be based on various other government documents which would be showing their birth year as 2008 as well.
