I want to make passport but having issues with 10th Mark sheet and adhaar card. Spelling mistake

So i want to make passport but in 10th and adhaar card both documents have spelling Mistake. Although adhaar card spelling is correct and 10th Mark sheet is incorrect.
I don’t want to face issues in future so what should I do

Yes, I had faced similar problem with my mother’s name too.Unfortunately you have chamge either your marksheet or aadhar in gazette to move forward

Lawyer from delhi here!

You can get your name changed in the Adhar card by the gazette process.

Docs required:
1. Affidavit
2. Newspaper publication
3. 4 pp photos.
4. Copy of adhar
5. Copy of tenth marksheet.

File it with the gazette office, you’ll get an appointment date and on the said you’ll have to pay certain fees and it will be published in gazette in 14-21 days.
