I have 25 cent land near state highway in southern karnataka( coastal region)
I have a tenant who want to set up his business on my land
I am thinking of giving him the land on agreement and collect the deposit amount and do the commercial convertion of my land from that money, since I don’t cash to burn for it..
It will take minimum six month to do my convertion.
Tenant has his trade license already.
My land details:
25 cent near SH
Clear record ( paper is on agriculture)
Plotting and 9/11 is not done yet..
I need to know.. Is there any gray area or any legal way to give him the land and do the convertion in mean time..
I have also my concern like my land has no electricity and water although line pipes and polls are near by.. But i dont know like can he access it without my land being converted?
