I was involved in a verbal fight against my uncle(mama) and his son and uncles friend. Now they have registered the case on my father’s name. (What could be done legally)

Title says it all. I was the only person involved and my father was not involved at all. Seeking Good advice.
Is there any legal way i can complaint against them for their false complaint.

File a counter case on them. That’s only means to ‘settle’ the case.

Immediately file a FIR(counter FIR). This is how it will be settled. Both will withdraw the FIR.

Please approach a lawyer asap to have the case against your father reviewed and any action that would need to be taken before your father is summoned or any other harsh action taken against him. Simultaneously, seek advice on the circumstances of the “fight”/disagreement. If the conflict is related to a property or any other dispute that may aggravate, you need legal counsel to take appropriate steps.
