ICICI Bank loan payback calls

Somebody put my wife’s number on a 50k loan they defaulted that ICICI Bank gave without verifying phone number, and now she receives 10-20 calls from them every single day. Some are automated, some are from agents harassing and threatening. Have tweeted, have mailed but ICICI Bank has been of no help. Provided them the proof of ownership by Airtel but they are still just beating around the bush. It’s going on since last 10 years.

What can I do now? Does this count for a legal case and compensation?
