Idea to prevent these scams

After seeing these many frauds, i am feeling like we as community should fight these not just govt or one entity.

So here is my idea. Scam your dear and near ones before done by someone. Warnings don’t teach people. Better way is to give them real taste of it.

My primary analysis is this is legally wrong to do so. Thought of launching this portal for while but due to legal framework i can’t proceed further.

Can lawyers of this community have any suggestions to build something like this ?

I didn’t mean to scam the scammers, scam your dear ones by yourself, so that they don’t fall in trap of scammers
