If we can’t afford a senior lawyer then what should we do? Is there any legal aid lawyer for cbi court cases? Is mid level lawyer a right choice to fight a cbi case?

My father has been falsely implicated in a Corruption case by his colleagues and case has been registered against him by cbi. Ipc 409 is also charged. People are telling to hire an experienced senior lawyer.
But we can’t afford them. So is loosing the case only option left? Or is there some legal aid for cbi cases?

Is a mid level lawyer right option for affordability?
