USo I live in a colony which has a school and there is traffic going almost every minute on the roads. Leaving a couple of houses, a person has built this huge ass speedbreaker with such a sharp slope, there have been accidents of scooter riding toppling and getting injured, yet the owner of the house which built that breaker hasn’t broken it down.
It’s been 5-6 months since it was built, I JUST CANT take this shit anymore, really want to complain regarding the same. What should I do?? Shall I complain to the police or somewhere else?? And can I do it anonymously since it’s still the neighbourhood and my parents insist me not to personally get involved in the complaint.

CTake photographs of the illegal speed breaker and send it to your local municipal corporation. They are very touchy about people damaging roads other than them. Most likely, that person is looking at ridiculous fines.
Option 2 – If your vehicle has suffered damage due to this speed breaker or if you’ve incurred medical expenses due to an accident caused by this speed breaker, send a legal notice asking for damages. That should sort out the problem quickly.
