I’m in stress due to my previous employer not paying my FNF money.

Hi Everyone,

I am from Gurgaon I need help to understand what all actions/steps can I take against my employer for not paying me up for fnf?

So the thing is I resigned in the first week of march, they had a policy wherein they would pay me fnf by the mid April.

I agreed to it. Couldn’t do much!

When I’m talking to the founders they’re saying company is in loss we are managing funds etc. but the story is different they’re having parties and going on trips… I’ve got proofs of it.

After I left in March… 2 other folks also left, and they fired 3 folks in April. What I know is company isn’t short of funds Instead they have enough funds but they’re just delaying that to piss me off. They did this with other people as well earlier who left it’s an Agency, but other folks were on lower salaries because of which they couldn’t take actions against them.

What are my options here?

Also it there a way I can sue them that they’ve would have to pay with interest for everyday they’re delaying?
