If in your own house, it’s not privacy violation because you can say you are filming your own stuff and h got caught
#
If hotecor outside recorded are sufficient that you can get bribing the receptionist
#
And if you record video or conversations too , privacy violation will be a seperate case and evidence will still be submitted for the aueltry case

March 16, 2025 at 7:15 pmWho told you that? Adultery made huge impact on alimony in india! If she is living in adultery then there will high possibility of no alimony at all..if she had few instances of alimony though whole amount mayn’t be deducted but she will get way less than what she may get without adultery!

March 16, 2025 at 11:16 amWell, adultery in divorce cases is typically proven through circumstantial evidence, as direct proof is rarely available. The strongest forms of evidence include hotel or travel records indicating time spent with a third party, photographs or videos in compromising situations, romantic messages or social media exchanges, and testimony from disinterested witnesses who observed suggestive behavior. Since the standard of proof is preponderance of probabilities, the focus should be on gathering a consistent pattern of behavior rather than isolated incidents, ensuring it does not violate privacy laws.-

March 16, 2025 at 6:49 pmOne of my friends has gone through such trauma during 2012-13. He hired a private detective and collected photographs at prak, movie theatre, bike and entrance (or may be exit) at railway retiring room corridor (may be room, I can’t recall). The trial court rejected these evidence as her wife told that he is like her brother. -

Videos, CCTV footage
Travel details- financial transactions or emails
Hotel booking – financial transactions or emails
Messages sent you accepting the adultery
All these are circumstantial evidences which prove that there is an illicit sexual relationship between 2 people. They need not be about the act of adultery directly.
