So I was accused of a complaint of 354 in which police detained me and kept me in lockup for 10 hours. After wards They released me. I signed a notice paper. Then after 20 days, they gave me a call and I went to DSP office to sign up bond That this incident should not be repeated and the bond was of six months and later I was released like I was not kept in detention when I was signing a bond and they told me they will call me for statement and then I have to appear in court. They will file chargesheet.
do you think police will be interested in filing a FIR and take me to the court or they would have already done it because it is more than 45 days since this this incident and I have not got any FIR number or anything any details from the police. It is just verbal. Also I have a negotiator of police with me so he told me this is already ended so they won’t do anything formally now. That’s what he’s saying he’s telling to forget the incident like never happened. So what do you think police would be interested to drag this more. It is just ended.
