[IN] Startup ghosted after my internship when asked to clear stipend

I worked at a startup from June 2024 to dec 2024. Founder said he will pay me at once in jan 2025 mentioned he was waiting for clients payment. I had good relationship with him so i said okay, month later he continued to postpone and till now he is keep postponing it saying he will clear in a month.

When i asked him if he will pay or not, He mentioned couple of time “I will pay for sure, just my company is waiting for fundings, xyz amount is not that big amount just waiting for fundings”

I have the offer letter with stipend and internship completion certificate.

I don’t know what to do, can someone help me or guide me.
