Income Affidavit Notarization Cost in Maharashtra?

I am from Maharashtra and need an income affidavit on ₹100 stamp paper. I went to a nearby shop, and they charged ₹110 for the ₹100 stamp paper. Later, they said the total cost would be ₹400—₹200 for drafting and ₹200 for notarization. I only bought the stamp paper and came back.

What should the actual cost be?

Now, I am thinking of drafting the affidavit myself, printing it on another A4 size paperz attaching it to the ₹100 stamp paper, and then getting it notarized. How much should I expect to pay just for notarization?

Am I doing Right?

that is quite fair..
stamp duty can be paid online to save around 8 rs & format can be copied from google or GPT so that can be saved too.. 200 for notary is fair
