Income certificate taking forever

I applied a month ago, karnataka government says I am supposed to receive it within 21 working days, but when I checked the website today it says the “Village Administrative Officer” just received it today

And then apparently it has to be cross verified by the Revenue Inspector, Caseworker and then Tehsildar

This will take forever, is there any way I can get the income certificate within another week or two?
