February 6, 2025 at 1:29 pmHey everyone, I really need some advice because I’m beyond frustrated right now.My(M19) online girlfriend(F22) ent me a package from the U.S., something I was really excited about. It had a Rog Ally and a Lego Batman set and evangelion merch(because of shinji…i can relate alot lol),she bought these for me for Christmas. After waiting for weeks, I just found out that India Post sent it back without even bothering to call me.
They say I didn’t gave them my number..
Dude it was on package.
They said I should have entered my local post office, dude…
My post office said I should enter head post office.
It literally stayed in country for 1 DAY!!Here’s what happened:
The package arrived in India and went through customs clearance without any problem.
It made it all the way to my local post office for final delivery.
Instead of contacting me, they just sent it back without telling me anything—no call, no message, nothing.
I only found out when I checked the tracking, and now they’re saying, “It can’t be fixed.”
(The person was rude asf too)I’ve spent days calling and emailing, trying to get answers, but no one at India Post gives a straight response.
I feel so bad for her too…
Because like, she’s already doing enough and I don’t want to bother her more but…What I’ve Tried So Far:
Went to my local post office – They basically shrugged and said, “We can’t do anything now.”
Called the foreign post office – No one seems to care.
Emailed multiple India Post departments – No real replies.
Asked if they could stop the return – Just ignored.
What I Need Help With:
1. Is there ANY way to stop it before it fully leaves India?
2. What should I do?
This wasn’t just some random package—it was something my girlfriend sent, something that mattered. And now, because of these lazy incompetent people, it’s just being sent back without me even getting a say.

You should file a case in CPGrams.
The resolution will be done and I am 90% sure that action will be taken in 2-3 days -
