Indian Laws Correct ? Can any law imprison a citizen for a crime which happened due to unforeseen circumstances beyond his control. The citizen was not involved physically or by intention in that crime ?

Laws don’t matter much in india. What matters is how much money you have. Remember, everything in india requires money. Money to payoff victims, buy cops and judges.

That everyone knows very well. But think rationally and logically:

If he had money, This question would have been posted on this platform ?
Obviously I am asking about a person who was an honest high income tax payer 5 years ago, but lost everything in Covid-19 and now dependent on nephew for khana/ sabun/ toothbrush / kapde and a bistar.

Nope. These are not good enough to be sent to jail. Just have all facts in place plus documents and present them when required by court and go there with clean heart and hands..dont try to act smart ..judges are smart enough yo see any subterfuge

Judge not listening, His concern is either settle or jail as per ordinary laws, he doesn’t want to take it as a specific case.

It’s NI 138 case of non willful default. The person lost everything including his mother, his wife , His physical and mental health , sold his flat for treatment , List his only source of incoming. During Covid-19 sufferings.
Circumstances were created, Planned by him or under his control or intention?

Ab kanoon ki murti se Patti to hata di, kya ab bhee kannon andha , bahra hai ?
