  Can I file an RTI against MH Cyber Cell for their brazen and ill thought action against Samay Raina’s show? I want to know what prompted them to take such drastic steps in involving all members of the show right from first episode. Were they acting under orders from a particular lobby or powerful individual? What amount of taxpayer money has been wasted on this case and the precious manhours used to harass these individuals.Would filing an RTI help and any guidance would be helpful. 🤞🏻

  i am not a lawyer but yes you can file RTI for anything. Make sure it goes to the correct department.
  
  Also isn’t it obvious that the OTT mafia were behind this?

    yeah but really want the harassment to stop and individuals who carried the hit job to be exposed and sued. Hopefully, I want to do my part.

  Not unless you want police to chasing you for rest of your life. If you want – make some posts/videos expressing your feelings in matter. Post them on social media. Ask logical questions. But don’t enter into offical communication with police. You don’t want to challange this system for trivial reasons. I am very sure Raina & others have proper resources to fight this legally. Do you?
