March 29, 2025 at 2:22 amRepost.I’m someone who have very lil knowledge related to legal stuff so I’m asking here.
My grandmother died two years ago and my grandfather(65+) wants to marry again (completely okay) but if he marries all the property and the house would be his new wife’s who’s young and just wants his property. The property and house was inherited by my grandfather from his father I mean he purchased and bought nothing. My Father was more of a father for his family than son and morally he’s fully entitled to it. They’re muslims.
I just want to ask is there any legal way that the house and property can’t be acquired by his future wife? Is my father legally entitled to it?

March 29, 2025 at 6:56 amYour new โgrand momโ wonโt have any rights to your grand fatherโs property as long as there is a will and the property is transferred to his Heirs already. However, when he passes away, your โnew grand momโ will have rights to demand maintenance from your fathers and uncles based on your lifestyles.
Why not avoid all this and get him a paid companion? Each to their own
