VHi guys, in 2013, my friend lost her father in a road accident and there was an insurance case going on for the money. I’m not sure about those details, but that case has not been resolved and she is constantly informed that is because of the amount being very very high. I mean it’s been more than 10 years now. So how can one work this out? Lawyers, please help out here is that what happens? She is not being scammed because she knows the people involved very well. I generally want to understand is this normal?
