April 2, 2025 at 4:29 amI’ve found out that paralegal only does paperwork and not fight cases. I’m poor at logical abilities and thinking of becoming a paralegal . How to become one? I’m a BTech graduate. Do I need llb?Can I make a career in paralegal and find a job in a firm as paralegal?

April 2, 2025 at 6:07 amThere’s no way you’ll survive in any field of law with poor logical and reasoning abilities not even as a paralegal. And for becoming a paralegal you don’t require a law degree, but thereโs practically no scope for them in India anyway. If you’re still stubborn about this, go beg some senior advocates to let you work in their office. Be prepared to work for free at first because you have zero experience, and even after that, donโt expect much pay. Honestly, you’d be better off sticking to your own profession use your BTech degree, build some actual skills, and get a real job-

April 2, 2025 at 6:23 amMost legal work that paralegals handle in other parts of the world such as drafting, research, filing, and case preparation, etc is directly managed by advocates, their juniors, interns, or clerks. There is little demand for a paralegal role. -
