January 19, 2025 at 3:21 amHey there lawyers, i am in a tough situation. My roommate he talks on calls most of the time when i am in room. Normally it’s fine but when I am sleeping, it gets difficult for me. I already have a tight schedule in my college and then I can’t sleep due to him properly. I tried telling him couple of times but he gets angry denies everything. I told college warden about it and also told him that i have the recording of how loud he is. I don’t care about his personal life. I recorded it just so that I can show in college committee if the matters goes in there hand cuz I am to live in this hell. Today morning I heard him about complaining to police station and file a FIR against me for this recording. I have deleted all the recordings as of now cuz it don’t wanna get into such things. How screwed I am in this situation? -

January 19, 2025 at 11:07 amBest: Leave the room. Toxic place will more likely change you than you changing the situation
Better: Lohe ko loha katega bhai, reciprocate and claim victim by doing exact same thing and crying life is tough and ask for understanding and support.
