Is it ok to rent out property to the same tenent?

I have rented out my residential property to the tenant for 3 consecutive years (with a leave and license agreement for 11 months each yr).Now I would like to know if it is ok to rent out for more than 5 or 10 yrs to the same tenent? Or is there any chance of claiming my property by them comes into play or any other hazards

Unless rent is increasing there is no issue.
