April 17, 2025 at 5:53 amHello, so I recently quit UKG after just 2 months and my FnF states that I owe UKG 84,000 as part of the notice period deduction. Should I pay or not? Please note I donβt give fk about their experience certificate even if they provide or not. My next company also doesnβt care about my experience certificate from them.
Any advice? -

April 17, 2025 at 8:08 amIt can depend on the employment contract you signed it should typically have these details mentioned if not then you should be in the clear or also look for any communication during the hiring period was there any mention of notice period or not.
If there is mention of it (explaining it clearly )in the contract then you might not have any legal recourse here.
