February 13, 2025 at 10:16 pmI genuinely wanted to see a therapist as I was not at a good place mentally, and due to that reason I didn’t research as much as I should have and ended up reaching this site named iwell.
They also have their app. Thing is I paid 900inr for the first session, and I was right there on the site, at the time appointment was scheduled. I waited for 20 minutes but no one was there. So I went back to read their terms and conditions on cancellation. They had clearly mentioned that if THEIR therapist is unavailable, they will refund the whole sum. But I couldn’t SEE AN OPTION to opt for refund directly on the site, same on the app. So I tried calling the customer care number that was mentioned on the site- it was unreachable for some reason. Then there was a different number on their app, which when I called- no one picked up.Then I proceeded to whatsapp call and finally someone picked up. I told them that I want the refund and they right away said that they will help me with that. But so far I’ve recieved no mail or response from them, and they are not seeing my messages anymore either.
I know 900inr is not that big of an amount, but I want justice to be served even on a small scale. What can I do?

February 13, 2025 at 11:09 pmWent for therapy and got another mental trauma… Isn’t world a cruel place!? Take care, the hassle might not be worth it… Find peaceful hobbies rather than depending solely on therapies… I do solo mountains hiking, cooking and binge watching movies to take my mind off of stressful events! -
