February 26, 2025 at 2:32 pmI came across a video in which a transgender was harassing a guy for money and got naked in front of them while throwing vulgar slurs. Small children were also present there. Can the harasser be charged under POCSO ? -

February 27, 2025 at 5:12 amDon’t know about Posco for this case. I am not a lawyer but I think the guy can be charged under “public indecency and acts intended to insult the modesty of a woman, like Section 509” since he was flashing in front of women as well as kids.
