January 21, 2025 at 11:33 amHello, I am 25(m) and I am starting a agency but the ownership is gonna be divided between 2 people and I don’t know how to make a legal ownership contract. I have made one in Google docs with certain clause like the percentage of ownership owned by both people etc.Is that legally enforceable? Can any lawyer answer this please ?
