My mobile number is similar to a educational institutes helpline number and the students are calling me twice or thrice in a day on my number. I tried to contact the institute and they said they can’t do anything about it. Can I take any legal action against it? They are calling me on my mobile number, can they use a mobile number as a business helpline number? They are calling me, some are messaging me on WhatsApp this has turn into a harassment for me please help!!!!!

If it’s not the same what can anyone do ? I assume you’re saying that their no is XXX…123 and yours is XXX.132 or.something like that.

How can the institute stop people from calling a wrong number? How is it their fault ?

Take a new number from the telecom provider

I can’t change my number, it’s the only number I have. It’s linked with my banks and every other institution I have been to.

Changing number from bank account is an easy task.
