Was going on a normal speed in lanes , auto in front of me and turned to right. The guy(uber bike) coming in opposite direction was coming in high speed lost control as I was behind auto,hit the wall badly,no superficial injuries,bike front parts were broken.
Everyone gathered there,I was there for few min ,then everyone signalled me to leave as he might ask for compensation/charges
I went away from there
Will I be charged?
I really feel bad as I didn’t help him

From a legal standpoint, you are in the clear.

You have to deal with morality yourself.
