I’m hoping someone here can guide me or share a similar experience. In October, I paid a ₹1,000 advance for Jio AirFiber. The next day, a Jio agent visited, did the KYC, and I paid the full amount. Since AirFiber wasn’t available in my area, the full payment was refunded except the ₹1,000 advance.It’s now been 6 months, and despite repeated follow-ups, I still haven’t received the refund. I’ve contacted customer care countless times. I’ve also been tagging them constantly on Twitter and even raised a complaint with the NCH, but nothing has helped so far.
Has anyone gone through something similar or know how to escalate this further? I’m honestly running out of patience.
