Items got stolen from courier service. Upon enquiry, Owner is threating to do police complaint.

As the title says, I had placed an order for shipping items of my clothes. From college, Gandhinagar Gujarat, To Dubai, Uae.

As the parcel arrived, My Expensive Leather jacket and other clothes are missing. Upon calling and confronting him, he said he is not responsible. So who is responsible then? Your neighbor. Retarded owner. The courier name is Bombax courier service, Gandhinagar.

I want to file a consumer complaint and get my compensation. How to file a complaint and get a refund? Please help I’m clueless.

These companies need a strict action and need to be punished.
