February 28, 2025 at 9:58 amI booked a Jio Air Fiber installation around December 31st but canceled it the same day. However, even after two months, I have not received my refund of ₹2,100. Despite multiple follow-ups, Jio’s customer support has been unhelpful, and the offline store is not helping as well. Nobody is providing a resolution. What legal steps can I take to get my refund? -
