Jioairfiber scam?

I got Jio air fiber 2 months ago on 4th Feb, paid ₹2221 which promised me a plan of 3 months, on 6th April 2 months was completed and now it’s already showing me ₹45 bill due, it’s literally just 2 months completed and i paid for 3 months which is till 6th of May, so why am I already seeing a bill?
