February 10, 2025 at 2:36 pmIn October, broker of a recruitment agency took an advance of โน20,000 from me, promising that I would secure a job within the same month. However, by December, after three months of waiting without any progress, I confronted him, leading to a heated argument. In January, I requested a refund, and he assured me that I would receive it within 15 days. Now, more than a month has passed, and he is neither answering my calls nor returning my money, essentially wasting my time.
I then consulted the agency he work for they said they have no knowledge of it.. and why I gave him money
What should I do , should I send legal notice to the company or him or both ..? -

February 15, 2025 at 10:13 amAnd what’s the backstory you’ll make to convince the cops? It’s not like you walk in and the cops bring out tea and snacks because they just love filing FIR’s
