HHello, a friend of mine made a mistake, and would like some advice so I’m posting on his behalf.
He recently recieved an offer for the role of a Customer Service Associate at Federal Bank on the 29th of April. After the interview, he was asked to accept a letter (given below) via their app and give consent for background verification which he did.
However, he wishes to.study further and the 2 year Service Level Agreement seems to be quite concerning for him now. He wants out, but is now worried at the repurcassions which he might have to face.Looking for some solid advice. Screenshots linked below.
P.S:-People, please do upvote and offer some solid advice on how he can proceed asap, as the tentative onboarding might be on the last week of June. I was of the opinion that it’s dealt with asap. Thanks again for your time, please help a young man out.
