If a couple who are of same nationality which is different from India. And if they come to our country for any reason of visit.

Can they have a legal marriage here?

Since i have met many people in my college who are international students and planning to do so (well i dont know if they will be together by then) but is it possible?

and if yes, what act and which laws are applicable to them.
