April 28, 2025 at 10:01 amI was laid off from my work on Saturday, during my probation period, without a formal communication and I was told I will only be getting April’s compensation. But as per the below attached offer letter, it clearly says I should be given 1 month’s written notice or it’s equivalent compensation. So, I am posting here to confirm that I am entitled to 30 days’ compensation right? What is the best legal action can I take if I am denied 30 days’ compensation? Appreciate any help in this regardThis is what my offer letter says –
