Hi all !
My friend and her husband owns a land togetber( it’s in both their names), they are separated( but not divorced), the husband wants to construct a building in that place which my friend doesn’t approve of. He has got the necessary permission from the authorities.
Is there any way it can be stopped by my friend?

NB they have both contributed to the payment made while purchasing the land two years back.
