Land measurement is different from FMB and Patta

Hi guys, we have an issue going on recently, the amount of land in our patta is greater than the amount of land in the FMB. 500m of land is missing from our FMB measurement which is present in the patta and oru neighbour has additional 500m in his land which shouldn’t be there.
I need to know whether it is possible to make corrections in the FMB according to the patta, if yes how can we proceed and what to do if our neighbour threatens us?
