UI vacated this property on first week of march. The landlord calls me today to show this damage which is outside of the door and asking extra money for the repair. It wasn’t there when i vacated this property and clearly it has been scraped, he is just extorting money from me, subtracting whatever he can from the security. what should i do? What options do i have? what should be my necessary course of action???
