We have lived in the facility for an year and rent agreement will expire on 30th May. The new agreement he has created has again mentioned 6 months lock in Period which is really troublesome for me. Though the landlord is very understanding but he does thing by the books and says this is standard agreement literature and he will not reduce it. For him this is again a new agreement with again a 10% increase in rent and 6 months lock in period clause.
Shouldn’t this be counted as renewing the agreement and we have already served the 6 months lock in period in Year-1.
