MRecently in play area of one of the housing societies in Maharashtra a maid sat on swing (meant for children) along with kid. Another member asked her not to do that as it may damage swing. When maid refused, member clicked a photo & shared on society’s WhatsApp group. One of the members claimed that it is legally not allowed & she will file police case against it.
What does Indian law say about this?
