January 21, 2025 at 4:51 pmMy grandfather (age 90 years) case of criminal appeal was listed in Lucknow high court. A advocate took 50k for fighting it entirely.
Case was listed only once since then ( that also resulted in Passover).my grandfather expired today and I asked my money back but he denied to return a single penny. What should I do in this case. Atleast half of the amount should be returned by him. -
