Leaving my Job (advice needed)

Hello Everyone,

I have submitted my resignation on 31th January requesting to serve my notice period for only 15 days. My company requires me to server a 30 days notice period.

Due to business requirements my company has declined to cut my notice period short and asked my to serve the entire period of 30 days.

I have requested to incash my remaining PTOs. I am also ready to buyback the remaining days of my notice period, but they are not accepting it either.

I got a new job and the joining date for that company is 18 Feb. They are not willing to delay my joining either.

Is there anything I can do now?

PS: I am planning to drop an email on 17th Feb stating that this is my last working day and then I will submit my ID card and leave.

Will it be a problem for my background verification in the next company if I take that step?

Will they not give me the experience letter if I do that?

Will they deduct money from my F&F?

Any advice is highly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
