May 5, 2026 at 10:18 ammy 6 year old Instagram account with 16k followers has been falsely permanently disabled, the reason on the app is showing “we don’t allow fake accounts on our platform”, whereas this is my own real account, i used to post content on it, had a decent amount of followers.
i have tried contacting meta verified but I’m being told I’m breaking community guidelines and ”due to the severity” I can’t ask for another review, when asking the reason, they can’t tell because of “privacy reasons”.
before this incident of me getting banned there were several fake (deepfake, etc) accounts of me on Instagram, which whenever reported by me were not removed, but mine got removed somehow.
after this account i created another account, which also got suspended then permanently disabled for “fake account” as the reason in like 2 days.
that account was very valuable to me and i would like to know if there are any legal ways i can go about this like :
1. Using grievance officer etc,how to write
2. how to get my case taken
3. is there anyone i can pay to help me?
