QUrgent advice needed
I am asking on behalf of my uncle
My uncle’s first wife was died many year ago. He had 2 daughter at that time . After aunt’s dead , tge daughter are living with their nani .
My uncle did his second wedding in 2018 .it was a court marriage.First my new aunt and her family used to be good with us .they use to show they are nice and poor . My aunt brought her 2 son with her which were from her first marriage. She took her first divorce because her husband use to physically assault her. First year she used to take care of my uncle . But later she didn’t even take care of her son’s also . She used to vabulory abuse my uncle for no reason. My uncle told her family all this but no use . My uncle thought her son business and took care of them and also invested in their education but the kids also didn’t take care of him . My uncle then also thought that it will be okay later .
5 year passed but all same . In this period she have not called my uncle’s daughter once and never took them to her house as they were at her Nani’s house . She told that she will never bring them to her house to my uncle
From which verbal fight occurs in which my aunt Little son came to beat my uncle
My uncle send three of them to aunt’s father house
My whole family with my uncle went to speak them . But they abused us ,told us that we were harrassing her.
It has been 2 year ,aunt is at her father house. Now my uncle filed divorce. She also filled case against all of us.
She has assest of over 10-15 lakh of my uncle.
What we can do so we can win the case also take back all of our belongings
