March 21, 2025 at 8:53 amI’m speaking from Gujarat. We’ve been living on a property for over 20 years, which includes a relatively large piece of land. Recently, the owner of the land, who is also a relative, has started construction on it. There’s an ongoing court case regarding this land, and the NA (Non-Agricultural) conversion has already been done.
Given that we’ve been residing here for so long, is there anything I can do legally to address this situation?
